Seeking a full-time Software Engineer, this position will develop features and applications as part of an agile team, focusing on operational maintenance and support of backend systems, while leveraging AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with internal partners to design, configure, and maintain applications, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards Continuously monitor and optimize software for reliability, adhering to architectural standards and supporting dynamic teams Contribute to the development of Generative AI features and integrate AI technologies while applying Responsible AI practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Proficiency in object-oriented languages and experience with web technologies, including React and .NET frameworks Hands-on experience with Git, continuous delivery, and automated testing methodologies Familiarity with Azure services and AI concepts, including Azure OpenAI Service and Generative AI Experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, including stored procedures and scripts
