A recruiter will be in touch when possible.Using your expertise in software engineering, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services.
In addition, you will:Develop test plansParticipate in sprint planning meetings and daily scrum/stand-up meetingsMaintain DCD Quality Assurance branch documentationUse DCD Master Templates for recording/reporting all test resultsProduce findings reports based on received test plansDevelop and implement quality assurance problem reporting processes and systemsWork with developers and staff to ensure changes are implementedSimulate product performance, evaluate results, and compare results with predicted outcomesParticipate in tests and release readiness reviewsTest automation software programsMonitor and report bugs and associated fixesEvaluate, test, and validate software development projectsCreate and maintain a master repository for all testing documentationResearch and incorporate approved automated testing tools to assist with streamlining functionality and regression testingCollaborate with DCD DevSecOps team and customersConduct quality assurance assessments of all new and modified application feature enhancements, web applications, APIs, and web servicesDefine acceptance criteria for each backlog itemOther duties as assignedYou must meet the minimum requirements:Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and able to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examinationMaster's degree in software design, engineering, or computer science with 8 years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree in one of the above fields with 10 years of experience in the same disciplines8 years experience in software design, writing source code, control of source code, reviewing code, configuration management, change management, program testing, integration of software, and release management process5 Years of experience in each of the following:Software development and software quality assuranceWriting code to automated Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) tests5 Years of experience with Web Based Testing Applications5 Years of experience with Agile Development Process5 Years of experience Performing Manual and Automated Testing3 years of experience working with Azure DEVOPS Server (Source Code Repository)DoD IAT Level II/Intermediate certificationYou will be working in Fairfax County, Virginia.
