As a ServiceNow Developer / Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing IT Service Management (ITSM) and custom applications with a strong focus on automation and process efficiency. The role involves customizing and managing ITIL-aligned modules such as Service Catalog, CMDB, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Change Management, while also driving IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations and practice maturity.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ITSM and custom applications with automation.
- Customize and manage ITIL modules including Service Catalog, CMDB, HRSD, and Change Management.
- Work on ITOM implementation and practice development. Implement Gen AI solutions and automate workflows.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer and Information Science or Equivalent +1 year of experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
