As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute across our stack, take ownership of meaningful features, and grow your craft in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You'll work closely with senior engineers and product teammates to deliver impactful work from day one.What You'll DoBuild and ship features end-to-end — from scoping and design through implementation, testing, and deployment.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that your teammates will love to work with.Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clinician-facing teams to understand problems and deliver great solutions.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and help raise the bar for quality across the team.Uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations.What We're Looking For2–5 years of software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production software.Comfort working across the stack and a willingness to go wherever the problem takes you.Strong fundamentals — you write code that is readable, testable, and built to last.A growth mindset — you approach new challenges with curiosity and aren't afraid to ask questions or take on unfamiliar problems.Alignment on our mission — you genuinely care about making healthcare better and want to be part of building something meaningful.Camber is based in New York City, and we prioritize in-person and hybrid candidates.
