The Opportunity

We're partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup developing next-generation software that helps enterprises leverage emerging AI technologies.

With strong commercial traction, significant runway, and an ambitious founding team, they're looking for backend-leaning Software Engineers to help build and scale their core platform.

You'll work directly with the founders, take ownership of technically challenging projects, and build production systems involving complex backend architecture, AI agents, and LLM-powered applications.

What You'll Do

• Design and scale backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Own complex engineering projects from architecture through production.
• Build AI agents and integrate LLM-powered functionality.
• Solve challenging database, performance, and system design problems.
• Collaborate directly with founders across engineering, product, and research.
• Influence technical direction as the platform scales.

What You'll Bring

• Strong backend or full-stack engineering experience, with meaningful backend depth.
• Proven ability to design and ship complex production systems.
• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and system architecture.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments, ideally Seed to Series B.
• High ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and a bias toward execution.
