Responsibilities include:Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies, particularly in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agentsDeveloping expertise in data development platforms and driving technological innovation within the teamDesigning and implementing sophisticated architectural solutions for integrating LLM technology into business applicationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient AI-powered systemsContributing to the development of AI agents capable of complex reasoning and task executionQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML applicationsDemonstrated experience in complex system design and architecture, particularly in AI-driven environmentsStrong proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, C++, Golang, or RustExperience with big data processing and distributed computing systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team settingPreferred Qualification:Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, natural language processing, and deep learning frameworksAdvanced degree preferredCompensation Description (Annually):The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ - $ annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
