Software Engineer – Level 1
Design and develop solutions for an enterprise SaaS platform. Explore cutting‑edge cloud solutions, service‑oriented architecture using cloud‑native services, APIs, and Data/Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design/Develop scalable and maintainable solutions
- Develop features working with Product Managers, Engineering scrum team, Client Operations, and Sales Teams
- Provide input to coding standards, code reviews, and best practices with a focus on continuous improvement of platform reliability and scalability
- Drive research, case studies, and prototypes on innovative technologies and how they can be leveraged
- Develop proofs‑of‑concept solutions in collaboration with development teams
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and models that illustrate the type of code needed for developers
- Efficiently identify and resolve issues during design, testing, and maintenance processes using problem‑solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent certifications/bootcamp/experience
- Understanding of programming languages and platforms such as C#/Java, React/Angular, Python, and cloud services (Azure preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes
- Translate functional requirements to design
- Nice to have: Analytics visualization tools/designs using Power BI
- Working knowledge of development frameworks, libraries, and utilities
- Nice to have: Database development experience (Azure SQL/Snowflake)
