As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Retail Technology organization, you will be based in either Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Strongsville OH.Requirements:Java and Spring Boot: Strong programming skills in Java and experience with the Spring Boot framework are foundational.DevOps and CI/CD: Understanding and participation in DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Working knowledge of Archer, ServiceNow GRC and JiraJob Description:Hands-on working knowledge of vulnerability management to triage findings, validate risk, and track remediation SLAsAbility to lead technical teams, overseeing configuration, testing, engineering activities, and release managementAbility to drive risk-based prioritization, resource allocation, monitoring, and end-to-end remediation trackingStrong reporting and stakeholder communication skills, using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for executive visibility and accountabilityExperience working with Archer, ServiceNow GRC, Jira, and Contrast, related governance processesStrong experience coordinating priorities with Product Owners and application teams to align security remediation with delivery timelinesGood understanding of Windows and Linux patching fundamentals, including patch failures, reboot dependencies, and baseline driftHands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processesExperience with Java application vulnerabilities, including secure coding gaps and configuration weaknessesUnderstanding of third-party and open-source library risks, including CVEs, exploitability, and transitive dependenciesCreates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.Facilitates complex problem resolution.Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues.
