Job Title : Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Support onboarding and implementation of new features within call center software platforms.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement software enhancements to improve application performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Provide internal user support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Assist with application, server, and database maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and development artifacts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports as required.
- Follow software development best practices and coding standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in software development preferred.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
