We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications and microservices.
This role involves leading a team of developers, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to security and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS ECS deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-level application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing CIS API applications to understand functionality.
- Gather requirements and prepare detailed analysis documentation.
- Deploy microservices into AWS ECS environment using Jenkins pipelines.
- Conduct code reviews in compliance with organizational standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Java applications.
- Architect complex software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Oversee development of microservices, RESTful APIs, and enterprise-level applications.
- Perform unit testing and defect fixes across releases.
- Review VeraCode and Wiz scan reports for security vulnerabilities and ensure remediation.
- Maintain documentation for all microservices.
- Provide technical assistance to team members facing application-related challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Java development and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of AWS ECS and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Experience in RESTful API development and enterprise-level applications.
- Familiarity with security scanning tools such as VeraCode and Wiz.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
