This early-stage environment offers a unique opportunity for you to make a direct and measurable impact on the product and the overall direction of the company.What You Will DoDesign, build, and maintain robust integrations that connect the core platform with various external systems, APIs, and third-party services.Develop and maintain full-stack features using Python, Django, and React, contributing to both back-end services and front-end interfaces.Architect and implement REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints to support internal tooling and external integration partners.Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to define integration requirements, data contracts, and system architecture decisions.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, reliability issues, and edge cases across integration workflows.Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code that scales as the product and customer base grows.Contribute to technical strategy and help shape engineering best practices in an early-stage startup.Ideal Candidate Background2–5 years of professional software engineering experience, specifically focusing on integrations, APIs, or full-stack development.Strong proficiency in Python and Django for back-end development.Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs and GraphQL services.Working knowledge of React for front-end development and the ability to contribute across the full stack.Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, small-team environment where ownership and initiative are expected.PreferredExperience with poorly documented or legacy partner platforms and the ability to navigate ambiguities effectively.Proven track record of owning systems or features end-to-end, from scoping to maintenance, in a production environment.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience.
