We are looking for an experienced Senior SDET with strong expertise in test automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Playwright with Java.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building automation frameworks, API testing, backend validation, and integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
🔹 Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- Experience with Playwright Java automation framework.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks (POM, Data-Driven).
- Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and End-to-End Testing.
- API Testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
- Strong SQL skills for backend database validation.
- CI/CD integration using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Version control tools – Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Defect and test management tools – JIRA and Micro Focus Octane.
- Good understanding of STLC and Agile methodologies.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is a plus.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts.
- Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks.
- Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios.
- Perform API testing and backend data validation.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, track, and report defects.
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, product owners, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end release activities.
- Mentor junior team members and continuously improve automation processes.
