The RoleIn this role, you will be working with a team of technologists passionate about Quality Assurance and Engineering. As a technical associate of this team, you will partner with development and business partners in Manual & Test automation. Your primary responsibilities includes designs, develops, and maintains robust automated test scripts for Web reliability, using Selenium automation framework with Java.
Performs regression testing and accelerates software delivery, using Selenium with test management and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools. Tests and validates applications that rely on unstructured or semi-structured data, ensuring correct data storage and retrieval of non-relation systems, using SQL and NoSQL databases. Tests Web applications and webservices (REST APIs).
Applies Quality Assurance (QA) engineering and software development concepts in QA related tasks, test cases, and functional automation. Tracks defects and issues, and works with team members to ensure resolution. Participates in defect triage and production release deployment verification.
