About Limble

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

As a Software Engineer III at Limble, you will partner with the Product team to translate complex customer requests and workflows into reliable, well-designed software. You are one of the most senior engineers on your team: you will lead some of the largest features end to end, mentor other engineers, and set the bar for code quality in your area. Using your passion for writing clean, scalable code, you'll work in React and GraphQL, among other technologies, to design, build, refactor, and harden the systems that power Limble. You put cutting edge AI workflows to use in your every day work and help your teammates do the same. If you are a Full Stack Developer who has been doing this long enough to know what good looks like, loves solving interesting puzzles, and wants to work with a close-knit team that does all but the impossible, then we want to talk to you.

How you’ll make an impact

Own design, planning, execution, and testing for large features and initiatives within your team's domain

Lead technical discovery and tradeoff decisions on your team, and partner with adjacent teams when work crosses boundaries

Deliver well functioning, high quality software while limiting future regressions

Consistently deliver work that delights customers

Select and execute on methods and techniques that result in low-defect, high-performance software that is easy for the team to maintain and extend

Raise the engineering bar through code review, pairing, and mentorship of L1 and L2 engineers

Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in your own and others work, and follow through on the fixes

Champion practical AI-assisted development practices on your team
