Job Title: Software Engineer III (Mobile)

Role Overview:
You will develop native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI for a customer-focused mobile app. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to deploying high-quality solutions. Your work will involve designing, developing, and deploying innovative mobile solutions, evaluating new iOS technologies, and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and deploys advanced native iOS applications using Swift and iOS 26 SDK with a collaborative team
- Uses CI/CD automation and best practices to deliver quality native mobile solutions
- Evaluates, shares, and implements new iOS-native technologies to optimize performance and usability
- Participates in team ceremonies, communicates effectively, and works closely with others on large-scale native mobile projects
- Maintains records to document system and programming development and revisions
- Shares knowledge to improve the product and team skills
- Applies iterative development for continuous value delivery through frequent deployments
- Ensures adherence to design, coding, and cybersecurity standards for native mobile apps
- Participates in production support team rotation
- Engages in design and code walk-throughs
- Pairs with Android engineers to ensure cross-platform solutions
- Collaborates with the backend team on login functionalities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline plus 8+ years of experience
- Extensive expertise in native mobile application development
- Expert-level experience building native iOS applications with Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI
- Deep understanding of native iOS frameworks and APIs
- Strong knowledge of design patterns such as MVC and MVVM, foreground/background processing, and multithread programming in iOS environments
- Experience with Firebase/Crashlytics or similar app crash analysis tools
- Familiarity with Git branching strategies and release build management
- Adherence to and self-organization for unit testing UI and functionality against requirements
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills with success in complex problem solving and quality delivery
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well with others with differing priorities and goals
