We are looking for a Software Engineer III to join our dynamic team. This role provides an opportunity to lead projects and contribute to high-impact software solutions that are used by enterprises and users worldwide. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of complex software systems, as well as mentoring junior engineers. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the technical foundation behind our flagship products and services.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for various software applications and systems.
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of complex software applications and systems, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.
- Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders and in the architectural design of new features and systems while ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Diligently review code by other developers, provide feedback, and maintain a high bar of technical excellence.
- Build testable software, define tests, participate in the testing process, automate tests, and design patterns leveraging the test automation pyramid.
- Maintain the health and quality of services and incidents, proactively identifying and resolving issues, utilizing telemetry, and conducting root cause analysis.
- Work in a DevOps model from requirements to maintenance, deploying software in production.
- Properly document new features, enhancements, or fixes, contributing to training materials, and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Coordinate with other team members, product, and external teams to ensure integrity and quality of the final solution.
Job Details

- This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week onsite at our Sunrise, FL office.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Expertise in C# .NET.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Mongo Database.
- Experience with ASP.NET & Angular.
- Proficiency in TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns.
- Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub and bug/work tracking systems like JIRA.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like TeamCity or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Experience in adapting GenAI agents such as Claude Code to improve performance and productivity.
- Familiarity with Playwright.

Pay range: $102,300 to $147,050. Base pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. Employees may be eligible for performance-based bonus, restricted stock unit awards, etc.
