The Client's platform team has an immediate need for a Software Engineer.ResponsibilitiesTechnical System Expertise: Understands system protocols, how systems operate and data flows. Aware of current technology benefits.
Expected to independently develop a full software stack. Understands the building blocks, interactions, dependencies, and tools required to complete software and automation work.Technical Engineering: Participate in projects by developing software solutions, conducting tests, reviewing, and deploying.Innovation: Continuous enhancement of existing or new system/process/services with an entrepreneurial thought process. Possesses security knowledge and experience that will cultivate new insights for improving various facets of security across the organization.Translates business and functional requirements into technical requirements to create a detailed backlog in partnership with Product Owner.Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.Qualifications4+ years of experience with C#/.NET4+ years of experience with REST APIs/Backend services4+ years of experience with Azure Development (Azure Functions a plus)4+ years of experience with Cosmos DB and/or PostgresPreferred QualificationsExperience with Azure IoTHub, Azure Service Bus, Azure EventHubExperience with IoT and hardware devicesThis role is fully remote with the option of working onsite at Bellevue, WA headquarters.
