Software Engineer IIReflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer II to join our team! In this role, the engineer will design and maintain data workflows and automation pipelines using Apache Airflow, building reliable, scalable, and observable orchestration solutions that support data engineering, analytics, and operational use cases. The engineer will collaborate closely with data engineers, platform teams, and stakeholders to ensure dataflow reliability and operational excellence.Qualifications:Active TS/SCI + FS PolygraphMaster's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 3 years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity ORBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 5 years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR7 years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.Required Skills + Experience:Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux toolsExperience developing Bash scripts to automate manual processesRecent software development experience using Python and JavaExperience using Apache Airflow (DAG design, scheduling, operators, sensors) to orchestrate, schedule, and monitor complex workflowsExperience using Distributed Big Data processing engines including Apache SparkExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker, containerd, and PodmanExperience with Git Source Control SystemDesired Skills + Experience:Experience using the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)Familiar with AWS Cloud Services and Infrastructure
