Software Engineer IIReflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer II to join our team! In this role, the engineer will design, develop, and maintain the tools and services that power the CLEVERCHEMIST product suite — including GitLab, Artifactory, MinIO, GitLab Runner, Jupyter, and the SPARTANDESK Linux virtual desktop. Working alongside software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers, the engineer will deliver seamless integrations that boost productivity and streamline development workflows.Qualifications:Active TS/SCI + FS PolygraphMaster's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 3 years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity ORBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 5 years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR7 years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.Required Skills + Experience:Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux toolsExperience writing Bash/Python/PHP scripts to automate administrative tasks and workflowsRecent software development experience using JavaExperience using an integrated development environment such as the Atlassian plugin software developer kit (SDK)Experience with IaC principles and automation tools such as AnsibleExperience creating documentation of configurations, procedures, and system changesExperience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CIExperience with containerization technologies such as DockerExperience with Git for source code management, branching strategies, and team collaborationDesired Skills + Experience:Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)Experience with sustaining mission applications deployed in a Linux environmentExperience with interacting/training external customers
