Software Engineer

Job Description
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in STEM related field, and 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience, or 0 years with a PhD not to exceed 10 years
* Experience with solving highly mathematical and physics based complex problems
* Experience analyzing and implementing optimization algorithms
* Recent and extensive Experience Developing Software in Ada or C++
* Willingness to become highly proficient with Ada software development
* Quick to learn and absorb new concepts and information
* Recent MATLAB and Python Experience
* Must have an Interim or Active Secret Clearance
* Unix/Linux Operating System Experience
* Must be able to support an in-person / closed-area work environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with solving highly mathematical and physics based complex problems involving developing fire control solutions
* Highly experience with Linux, scripting, and operations
* Prior experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs and/or systems
* Experience with automated software requirements testing and analysis
* Experience with Software Containerization and Orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Docker)
* Experience with Agile Project Management tools (Jira/Confluence) and DevSecOps tools and methods (Jenkins, Ansible, Git/Gitlab) of continuous integration/continuous delivery and deployment (CI/CD) automation
