- Design, develop, test, and document new capabilities for a multi-master distributed PostgreSQL product.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions for distributed database functionality.
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing capabilities to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong C proficiency.
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL internals and distributed systems concepts.
- Experience working with large, long-lived codebases and complex Git branching strategies.
- 100% remote work within the EMEA region.
