Working remotely on a contract basis, the Software Engineer - AWS Connect will lead the technical design and management of back-end services, develop Amazon Connect integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions in the healthcare industry. Key responsibilities: Lead technical design, planning, and management of back-end services and UI development Document and present architectural decisions to team members and management Design, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect related features and functionality Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent 10+ years of experience as an Architect, Technical Lead, or Software Engineer Expert knowledge of Java (7+) enterprise development and integration middleware 3+ years of hands-on application architecture experience for large enterprise solutions Experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows and routing
