### What You'll Do

Depending on the project, you may:

- Evaluate AI-generated financial analysis, calculations, models, and recommendations.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions, and risks.
- Assess valuations, forecasts, investment analyses, and financial models.
- Compare multiple AI-generated solutions for accuracy and quality.
- Solve realistic financial problems and explain your reasoning.
- Create challenging financial tasks and evaluation criteria for AI systems.
- Provide expert judgment on whether financial work is accurate and professionally sound.

### Who We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced finance professionals **you don't need prior AI experience.**

You should have:

- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment, or a related field
- Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills
- Experience working with real-world financial information
- Strong attention to detail and professional judgment
- Ability to critically evaluate financial analysis and assumptions
- Ability to clearly explain why a financial conclusion is correct or incorrect
