Our open-door leadership team fosters a supportive culture, where internal growth and promotion opportunities are the norm.Your contributions are…Design and implement AI-assisted IDE features and developer tooling capabilitiesIntegrate agent-based systems to automate repetitive developer tasks, including code reviews, unit test generation, and code quality analysisExperiment with autonomous or semi-autonomous agents to enhance development workflowsIntegrate new tools into existing development platforms and CI/CD pipelinesCollaborate with customers and teammates to gather feedback and iterate on solutionsMeasure and document the effectiveness of tooling improvements to inform future developmentRequirements for your new career…Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
