What You Will Be Working On
- Agents: How do we build agents that can be trusted to execute critical business flows for large enterprises in a verifiable and trustworthy manner? How do we future-proof this as LLMs evolve?
- Orchestration: How do we run thousands—tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands—of agents at scale?
- Retrieval: A key value proposition of our agentic AI platform is the process insights we already have about our customers` existing processes. How do we use that ground truth to enhance both the efficiency and accuracy of execution?
- Command Center: Build the user-facing pieces that empower humans to manage and work seamlessly with agents.

We Are Looking For
- A passion for being on the frontier of AI products
- Motivation and high agency to drive outcomes—we have a high-autonomy culture, and each team member has lots of agency to overcome obstacles and achieve business impact
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience building production products and systems with modern languages and infrastructure
- Experience and comfort building and shipping full‑stack solutions
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Even Better If You Have
- Experience building AI‑powered products
- Experience building enterprise‑grade products with a solid understanding of security principles, identity, and access management
- Comfort working closely with enterprise customers
- Previous experience founding or working at startups
