Software Engineer, Ad Delivery Platform

We're looking for a top‑notch software engineer to be part of our team. You will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our core backend systems. Your responsibilities include building robust, scalable, and high‑performance applications that power our critical business operations, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. We have a developer‑centric culture, practice continuous deployment, and focus on advanced technologies and methodologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate in designing and developing Innovid’s products across multiple technologies, with no code ownership environment, primarily using Java, Kotlin, React, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Design and develop modules for a high‑end product that serves billions of transactions a day.
• Deploy your code to production continuously.
• Be responsible for the well‑being of your application in production.
• Work with product managers to define, prioritize, and finalize features.
• Carry out full‑stack, end‑to‑end development.
• Oversee the design process for application software.

What You’ll Need:

• More than 3 years of back‑end software development experience in highly dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, Python, PHP, or JavaScript (Angular, React, and Node.js).
• Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
• Advanced degree or graduate study in computer science or a related discipline.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with large‑scale performance issues and database work.
• Experience with microservices architecture and implementation.
• Experience developing online, cloud‑based SaaS products.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Understanding of design and production procedures and standards to create prototypes and finished products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contributions to open‑source projects.
• Experience with front‑end development using React and TypeScript (or similar technologies).

• The base pay range for this position is $85,000‑$100,000 per year. The determination of specific employee pay and title depends on factors such as prior employment history, job‑related knowledge, qualifications, skills, length of service, and geographic location.
