Onward Search is hiring an Interim Engineering Manager for a leading global technology company. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to guide a cross-disciplinary engineering team that supports SEO, Marketing, and Partnerships while driving high-impact growth initiatives.
Base pay range
$75.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Partner with PMs, Data Engineers, and Marketing to deliver high-value projects
- Support SEO, marketing, and media-tech initiatives (internationalization, new content hubs)
- Enable global marketing campaigns by supporting underlying systems
- Sequence and prioritize roadmap for sustainable delivery
- Foster inclusive team culture and mentor engineers
Qualifications
- 5+ years as an Engineering Manager
- Expertise in Web, Backend, or Data Engineering (Android/iOS a plus)
- Strong balance of technical depth and people leadership
- Proven success delivering user-focused projects in fast-paced environments
