Job TitleKey ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on support for internal development fleet vehicles and customer vehicles.Collaborate daily and weekly with validation engineers and suppliers to resolve issues.Diagnose and root cause software bugs and hardware issues using tools such as:Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)Data Identifier (DID) valuesTelemetry data via GrafanaVector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)Support software and hardware development teams with troubleshooting and integration.Create and manage issue reports and track resolution progress.Participate in on-call rotations one weekend per month.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.Actively contribute to team meetings and technical discussions.Required QualificationsExperience with CAN bus and vehicle diagnostics.Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Background in software and hardware development support.Familiarity with BLE, NFC, LF, and UWB technologies.Proven experience in automotive systems; EV experience is a plus.Prior experience working with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.Ability to work independently with an ownership mindset and active personality.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.Strong communication and networking skills.Friendly, collaborative team player and fast learner.Experience supporting internal development fleets and customer-facing systems.
