Software Development Engineer in Test w/ C# Tampa, FL – HybridINTERVIEW TYPE Process: Two rounds both next weekEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.Collaborate with software developers to identify test requirements and design test strategies.Build and enhance test frameworks and tools to improve automation coverage and efficiency.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and early defect detection.Execute and analyze automated test results, track defects, and report quality metrics.Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.Provide guidance on best practices for testing and automation.Continuously improve the QA process through innovation and adoption of new tools/techniques.Required SkillsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., C#, Python, JavaScript).Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Junit, NUnit).Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and automated service testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and source control (Git).Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Preferred:Experience with performance and load testing (JMeter, Gatling).Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
