Providing deep technical leadership and hands-on engineering expertise, the full-time remote Software Development Engineer IV will define and drive AI-enabled DevSecOps automation, lead quality engineering initiatives, and ensure compliance with architectural standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Define and implement fully automated CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery Lead initiatives to improve reliability and productivity through AI-driven quality engineering and monitoring Provide technical leadership and oversee code reviews to ensure compliance with standards and best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 8 years of software development experience with proficiency in one or more programming languages Experience designing and delivering cloud-based solutions Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Repos, and Pipelines Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments
