This role combines deep IVVQ expertise with advanced AI/ML capabilities to drive the next generation of quality engineering for our Encryption portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technical rigor and innovation, bringing a disciplined approach to test strategy while embracing emerging technologies to elevate product quality outcomes.Essential FunctionsExecution of Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification activities, including:Author and maintain IVVQ artefacts including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Automation Strategy, System Integration Plan, System Test Plan, System Test Report, and Release Readiness documentationLeverage AI-driven coverage analysis tools to verify all functional, non-functional, and security requirements are fully addressedReport to the Department IVVQ Function Owner to ensure adherence to departmental policies and processesReport to the Project System Engineering Manager to ensure IVVQ activities are executed in alignment with project plansPlan and execute IVVQ activities informed by AI-driven insights and data, moving beyond traditional gut-instinct-based approachesDesign self-healing, ML-enhanced test automation frameworks that continuously evolve with the productApply anomaly detection and ML-based triage techniques to identify defects with greater speed and depth than conventional methodsUtilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate test case generation, requirements analysis, and IVVQ documentationDevelop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks across functional, regression, and integration test suitesReview and approve automation Merge Requests (MRs), ensuring code quality, maintainability, and alignment with test standardsConfigure, execute, and monitor test pipelines within CI/CD environments, ensuring timely and reliable test execution across release cyclesServe as the quality voice across the full delivery lifecycle — from CI/CD pipeline integration through to Final System Acceptance TestingMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in field with a minimum of 1-4+ years of relevant work experience or Master's degree in field with 0-2+ years of relevant work experience2-5 years of experience in Software Development in testHands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Pytest, Playwright or similar)Practical use of LLMs and AI tools for testing and documentation workflowsCI/CD pipeline integration experience (GitLab or equivalent)Familiarity with ML-based log analysis and anomaly detection toolsStrong communication skills with ability to present quality metrics to stakeholdersAgile/Scrum experience; Scrum Master certification desirableCloud: Amazon AWS, Azure, GCP, Open Stack, SaaS, PaaSVirtualization: VMWare products, Xen, KVM, VirtualBox, Hyper-VServer: IIS, Active Directory, Apache, JBoss, DNS, DHCP, NFS, LDAPBackground in encryption, network appliances, or security productsApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire.
