The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-native technologies, Java applications, AI/ML model development, and experience in optimizing solutions for legacy systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and integrate AI/ML models and automated testing frameworks across modern and legacy tech stacks.Oversee the full lifecycle process (design, analysis, review) and ensure adherence to quality standards for high-quality product delivery.Optimize AI/ML models for diverse use cases while ensuring seamless transitions between modern and legacy infrastructures.Conduct model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning, considering constraints and opportunities in legacy architectures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide benchmarked solutions for complex technical projects involving multiple interlocking technologies.Quickly acquire domain knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert to guide technical leads and peers.Required Qualifications7+ years of experience leading concurrent technical projects in both legacy and modern tech stacks.5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud and Java applications with a focus on test automation.3+ years of AI/ML model development, training, and deployment experience.3+ years of application development experience in legacy technologies.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry.Proficiency in Cloud-Native Technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with IBM i AS400 or similar legacy systems.Familiarity with RxClaim or other PBM Adjudication systems is a plus.Or refer someone
