Software DeveloperPosition: Contract to HireWork Hours: 9am-5pmDescription:This is a contract to hire position with permanent hire at the end of six months.Candidate may need to support bi-weekly production deployment during night.Candidate will be part of 12 member team comprising onshore/offshore Developer/QA team members.The team follows 2 week sprint Safe Agile methodology for development.Primary Responsibilities:Leading and motivating the team, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture and resolving any conflicts that may arise.Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise, ensuring a balanced workload and efficient project processProviding technical expertise, assisting team members with challenges and promoting best coding practices and architecture designReviewing code to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards and project guidelinesRegularly tracking project progress and providing status updates to stakeholders and upper managementFacilitating effective communication between team members and stakeholders ensuring everyone is informed about project developments and changesParticipating in full life cycle development, including business analysis, systems documentation, coding, unit testing and quality control, deployment and supportAssisting with the design, documentation and implementation of.Net enhancements in line with a continual improvement modelEnsuring that best practices are followed during systems design, build and implementationEnsuring adherence to the Release and Change processWorking closely with customers to ensure requirements cover requested enhancementsUsing process flows to determine best practice solutionsEnthusiastic to learn new technologies required for project requirementsRequired Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience10+ years of experience as Full Stack.NET developer (UI, APIs, Webservices, SQL, work experience on Window services, Console applications)Solid work experience on SSIS packages & Angular new versionsPreferred Qualifications:Work experience on CRM/Order Management applications like SalesPad, Netsuite etc.Required Skills: Agile Methodology.
