Key responsibilities include:Design and implement solutions on Force.com platformUnderstand the requirement of a functional specification or user stories, ensure it's completeness for next stepsDocument technical solution designRun a quality assessment of a counterparts' codeResolve defects during test cycles and hypercareAdhere to the release and Change processRequirements include:5-8 years development experience of which at least 4+ years Salesforce.com development experience (triggers, apex classes, visualforce pages)Excellent knowledge of Web Development (Ajax, JavaScript, SOAP, HTTP, CSS Bootstrap)Excellent Salesforce.com declarative configuration skillsHands-On development experience of Communities is Must.Data migration between SFDC environments using change sets, Eclipse or other toolsExperience with version control solutions (e.g. Github, Sourcetree)Salesforce developer 401 certificationSalesforce Advanced developer 501 certification level 1Experience with SSO, FAAS (preferred)Experience with ERP integration (preferred)Experience with Agile development (product backlog, user stories etc)Key competences include:Ability to participate in design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholdersCreative, out of the box thinker, who uses his technical experience to develop apps that create real business benefitMust be a well-motivated team playerOrganized and methodical, eye for detailExperienced virtual team workerNeed senior Salesforce lead expert to help configure Service Cloud and work with SF COE team as well as provide 3rd party vendors to support.
