Description

• Packageand deploy applications for production. Provide estimates outliningbusiness and technical risks.
• Deploysoftware in an incremental process that is potentially shippable with eachiteration.
• Identifyand significantly contribute, where appropriate, to division initiatives.
• Workunder tight time constraints with changing requirements. Executethorough unit and integration test cases for developed solutions.
• Regularlyupdate technical and business teams as to plans, progress, and issues.
• Producehigh quality software following best practices and established standards suchas Test-driven Development and Pair Programming.
• Plan,design, enforce, and audit policies and procedures that safeguard the integrityof and access to enterprise systems, files, and data elements.
• Attendanceat daily scrum to discuss accomplishments, plans and blockers. Adherence to agile process and defined development standards includingtechnical design. specifications (TDS), product reviews, unit and integrationtesting.
• Developingand customizing Salesforce.com application via web services, SOQL, DataLoader,Reports and Dashboards.
• Experiencewith Salesforce CRM administration, integration tools, and APIs. Experience with Agile and Waterfall projects, and all phases of theSoftware Development.
• Lifecycle(SDLC) including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, integration, useracceptance.
• testing,maintenance. Understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and API’s,including Salesforce integration with 3 rd party solutions.
• Experiencedocumenting current state technical data flows and making recommendations forfuture state improved processes/designs and driving the solution to the futurestate.
• Expertunderstanding of IT governance including environment management, releasemanagement, source code control management, and deployment methodologies - Canhelp create and implement best in class processes.
• Post-releaseproduct support and driving continuous improvements.
• Experiencein overseeing the direction, development, implementation, and maintenance ofSalesforce technical solutions.
• Abilityto work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals andpre-defined measurement criteria, Creative approach to problem solving.

Must Have

Education

Masters degree in Computer Science,Engineering or Computer Applications.
