To support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' Office of Academic Affiliations, the full-time remote Software Developer (.NET Core) will develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core MVC, and SQL, while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and secure coding practices under the guidance of senior developers. Key responsibilities Develop and modify application code, maintaining existing user interfaces and supporting enhancements Perform hands-on coding, unit testing, debugging, and technical documentation Write and maintain SQL queries and support defect resolution and sustainment of existing systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Four (4) or more years of experience in software development with .NET Core MVC and C# Knowledge of SQL database design and programming Demonstrated ability to work productively under the technical direction of senior developers U.S. Citizenship required, with continuous residency in the U.S. for the past 36 months
