- Design, develop, and deploy modular, cloud-based application components for program tools and dashboards
- Build automated executive reporting and dashboard tooling supporting communications and program-management workstreams
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities; automate unit and functional testing
- Troubleshoot software quality, security, and reliability issues, performing root cause analysis and delivering fixes
- Ensure developed tools are secure and align with the program's cybersecurity and AI use policies
- Ensure all outputs use open, standard, non-proprietary data formats and APIs (JSON/XML) supporting client data export and interoperability requirements
- Apply Section 508/WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards to all developed tools
- Document software code, features, and user/training guides
- Operate within the program's AI use policy — never processing sensitive, proprietary, PII, PHI, or CUI through AI-enabled tooling without explicit client authorization

- Experience with open data formats and API design
- Experience developing software in an Agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements
