This is a very exciting time for client.Responsibilities:In this role, you will provide design program leadership to one or more design teamsPartner with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Delivery, User Research, Content Design, Visual DesignExcellent communicator and effectively manages scope and priorities for the team, negotiates trade-offs, and improve collaboration with external partnersGood track record of managing medium to complex programs, operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized mannerActively identifies & manage risks, issues, and escalations in partnership with design team and stakeholdersCultivate strong relationships with partners and stakeholders and serve as a dependable design representative across cross-functional teamsFacilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning with Product Management and DesignManage burn down and integrate with Engineering on PI release trainsDrive demos, report on burn downs, and escalate risks to resolutionManages ambiguity and priorities & negotiates tradeoffs for the teamQualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or as a Design ProducerExperience working with creative teams a plusFirst Level University degreeProven experience in managing programs, projects, across multiple teams and functions to deliver outcomes specified in the original business caseAbility to pull together information and create high level roadmaps with key deliverablesExperienced in managing & collaborating with teams located in different time zonesExperience in Program Management of B2C, B2B applications preferredSAFe/Scrum/Agile certification required; PMP a plusExperience in JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, other Project Management toolsAn ability to engage and influence people at all levels, including senior leadershipIn depth understanding of agile processes, & methodology & critical project management techniquesThis role will report to Design Program Management Lead within the Consumer Services Global Experience Design. The location for this position is flexible anywhere in US.
