To support the delivery of customer experience solutions, the full-time Software Database Engineer will design, develop, and administer databases and web applications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and administer databases that support analytics and runtime applications, as well as web applications for IVR and call center software Write and maintain SQL for configuration changes and application enhancements, and participate in the integration of call center analytics systems Integrate components engineered for the cloud and stateful IVR applications Required qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, Aurora DB, Redshift) Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go Familiarity with AWS Cloud-based database development and tools like Flyway or Liquibase
