MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.Disqualifiers: Candidates not willing to work 5 days onsite will not be eligible for the role.Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain the below -Experience with broad technology delivery, including custom development using various development languagesExperience with providing technical leadership, mentoring on software engineering design, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and clientsExperience with driving technical planning and solutions for small software portfolio, including authoring or managing the development of software designs, managing vendor evaluations, and justifying technical recommendationsAbility to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignmentsExperience with Python, Synapse, Kusto, Databricks, Data Pipelines, SQLPerformance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.
