Software Configuration Management ProfessionalWe're seeking an experienced Software Configuration Management professional to join our Code Management team. The right candidate for this role will be able to execute strategic projects, optimize CI/CD workflows, and drive infrastructure modernization. They will play a critical part in maturing our automation ecosystem (Gitlab, Ansible Automation Platform and Terraform Enterprise) as we move from previously used toolsets ensuring robust, scalable, and secure pipelines.Required Skills and Experience:5+ years of Software Configuration Management experience in multiple tools including GitlabExperience with Terraform and AnsibleFamiliarity with containerization on Kubernetes/Open ShiftFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and IBM CloudStrong communication skills and a track record of cross-team collaborationWorking knowledge of different SDLC MethodologiesUnderstanding of various branching strategies including Gitflow and Gitlab FlowExperience configuring and managing Gitlab Runners, Groups, Projects, and Permissions at scaleAbility to automate operational tasks and incident remediationPartner with application teams to onboard them onto Gitlab workflows and best practicesDevelop and maintain clear runbooks, wiki pages, and pipeline templatesImplement policies and guardrails to ensure code quality, compliance, and security postureTroubleshoot and resolve CI/CD or migration-related incidents in a timely mannerAvailable for 24/7 On-call supportPreferred:Jfrog Administration Experience a plusA BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience with good scripting/programming skillsGitLab Certified AdministratorRecent experience administering GitLab Self-ManagedPrior software experience with build management, configuration management and/or quality testingExperience with SCM practices including Agile, continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)Team Culture:Our team is fast paced, fun, highly energetic, motivated and hardworking.
