Serving as a critical liaison between external clients, business stakeholders, and development teams, the remote Software Business Analyst will gather and document software requirements, validate features against user needs, and recommend improvements through data analysis. Key responsibilities Engage clients and stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements through interviews and workshops Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining requirement traceability across the development lifecycle Act as the primary point of clarification for requirements during development and support UAT execution and defect triage Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant work experience Bachelor's degree in a related field Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria within Agile/Scrum frameworks Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., YouTrack, Jira) and Agile planning tools Familiarity with SQL or relational data concepts is preferred
