  • Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  • Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, while overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Proficiency with computer software, such as Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with administering software licensing contracts.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, performing SQL queries, and creating Power BI dashboards.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience required.
