Solutions/Software ArchitectThe Solutions/Software Architect will play a critical role in designing comprehensive solutions that will provide the strategic and technology direction needed to successfully deliver quality end products to the FEP customers. This individual will work to ensure that new solutions align with the existing Enterprise Architecture and Information Security guidelines and will be fully engaged throughout the development lifecycle of the projects to ensure successful implementation and delivery of the solution.Below are the key responsibilities:Design scalable integration solutions.Communicate solutions and present effectively to business and IT stakeholders to gain consensus.Work closely with project teams to support implementation of the interfaces such as HL7.Create conceptual and detail architecture solution diagrams and documentation.Create Logical and Component Architecture Diagrams.Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.Drive the intentional architectural designs necessary to support the business objectives.Craft architecturally significant designs requiring InfoSec, Enterprise, or Infrastructure Architecture consultation.Required Skills:5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, management or technology consulting, software development, or enterprise or solutions architecture5+ years of related healthcare industry experienceExperience participating within Architecture team or large complex system integration and build projectsDemonstrated and sustained result-oriented performanceExcellent communication and presentation skills; ability to converse with or present to C-level audiencesCollaborative with good critical and design thinking skillsAbility to perform data-driven analysisAdept at helping customers understand problems and designing innovative solutionsPractical experience with emerging technologies, including cloud, middleware, and infrastructure technologiesDeep customer experience serving as a senior business leader, IT leader, consultant, or strategic adviserAbility to successfully operate within a highly matrixed and complex technical and business environmentCapable of managing a complex portfolio which contains multiple engagements and innovative initiativesKnowledgeable of healthcare data, topologies, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systemsSupport on-going DevSecOps and CI / CD initiatives across multiple technology stacksPreferred Skills:Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan experienceStrong technology project management skillsStrong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate positive working relationshipsAbility to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needsAbility to research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the businessSolid analytical and conceptual skillsExperience in working with SAFe Agile based initiativesExperience with web services integration (REST) and JSON and XML parsingClinical Analytics & Reporting Background: Experience with a health insurance data analysis and reporting solutions, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (e.g.
