We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our growing software development team. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong software engineering foundation who is excited about applying modern AI technologies to solve real-world business problems. The successful candidate will work closely with a small, highly collaborative team to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and next-generation agentic AI systems that improve business processes, automate workflows, and create innovative solutions for internal and external clients.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and development frameworks
- Collaborate with software engineers, AI engineers, product stakeholders, and business users to translate requirements into high‑quality technical solutions
- Support the development and implementation of AI‑enabled software solutions, including agentic AI applications, intelligent automation, and generative AI capabilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of AI agents and multi‑agent workflows that automate business processes and enhance decision‑making
- Integrate AI models, APIs, and cloud‑based AI services into existing and new software platforms
- Assist with the development of retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks as needed
- Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented, and testable code following software engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions
- Troubleshoot software defects, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing processes
- Stay current on emerging software engineering trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices, recommending new tools and approaches where appropriate
- Work effectively within an agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications and AI systems
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of professional software engineering or software development experienc
- Experience developing web applications, APIs, or enterprise software solution
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL database
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platfor
- Experience with Git, source control management, and collaborative development workflow
- Understanding of software architecture, object‑oriented design principles, and modern software development methodologie
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skill
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing or integrating AI‑enabled application
- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI systems, generative AI, or machine learning application
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration framework
- Familiarity with retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, or prompt engineering
- Experience consuming AI APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Azure OpenA
- Experience building AI‑powered automation tools or intelligent workflow solution
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑native application development
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments
