ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Communication regarding daily and projected work schedules, assigned responsibilities, hazards, safety protocols, etc.
- Ensures safe and efficient operation/completion of assigned jobs.
- Safely operates equipment and utilizes materials and/or tools required for job completion.
- Organizes, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established time frame and guidelines.
- Reads and follows blueprint, specifications, and other documents required for the job.
- Completes necessary paperwork and related documentation.
- Adheres to all Company safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Class A CDL required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a laborer, or similar role.
- Familiarity with Soft Surface Restoration preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good, clean driving record.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must be able to bend/kneel/stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ pounds regularly.
