Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing therapeutic recreational group outings for children participating in the TFFC program.
- Provides crisis intervention as needed.
- Participates as a TFFC team member in all planning meetings for the children of her/his caseload.
- Make one face-to-face contact with the children weekly
- Transports children for various purposes, using agency or personal vehicle.
- Responsible for the completion of progress notes and other paperwork responsibilities in Connections within 72 hours of contact.
- Work collaboratively with TFFC team to develop behavior plans and interventions.
- Responsible for working with TFFC foster parents in a supportive and professional manner.
- Any other related duties as required.

- You have at least a Bachelor's Degree OR an Associate's Degree with experience in working with emotionally challenged children in the community.
- You have excellent communication and writing skills.
