Job Summary
Responsible for the delivery of professional complex services to patients and patient‘s families within an interdisciplinary team setting.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Social Work
Experience:
- Preferred
- Two years of experience in Social Work Services
- Two years of Counseling experience
Certification/Licensure:
- Required
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with authorization to practice in the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
- SAFE Approach Level III
