Responsible for the delivery of professional, complex services to patients and patient‘s families within an interdisciplinary team setting.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Master’s degree in social work
Experience:
- Two years of experience in Social Work Services
- Two years of experience in Counseling
Certification/Licensure:
- Required
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Must be current in the State of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
- SAFE Approach Level III Certification
- Must obtain within six (6) months of start date
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker
