Job Title: Remote Social Worker
Hourly Pay: $28 - $34/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' social, emotional, and financial needs and create care plans
- Provide emotional and psychological support to individuals, families, and groups
- Advocate for clients to access social services and community resources
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
- Offer crisis intervention and assist clients through difficult life events
- Educate clients on available services, rights, and resources
- Maintain accurate case records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Provide referrals to specialized services like mental health counseling and addiction recovery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) or related field (MSW preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in social work or related roles
- Strong understanding of social work principles, ethics, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others overcome challenges
- Valid state licensure and certifications as required
